1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of SRL Self Car-Wash Dave and its customers in the context of the online sale of automotive cosmetic products through the website https://flashcar-cosmetics.com.
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, the company cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in these descriptions.

4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
SRL Self Car-Wash Dave reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order validation.
5. Orders
An order is considered valid once full payment has been received.
The company reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods are indicated during the order process (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
Transactions are secured via our payment service provider.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg (unless otherwise stated).

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. certain cosmetic products).
9. Returns and Refunds
In case of withdrawal, the customer must return the product in perfect condition, in its original packaging, to the address indicated by SRL Self Car-Wash Dave.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
10. Legal Warranty
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with Belgian law.
11. Liability
The company cannot be held liable for:

indirect damages related to product use,

issues caused by the carrier,

improper use of the products by the customer.
12. Personal Data
The data collected when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to their execution or interpretation falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Liège, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
